News concerning the progress of the monument
and its steps to get there.
In a few weeks, it will mark a year since the tragic loss of the Stalker 22 crew. Six families have either lost either a spouse, a father, or a child in this event which continues to loom heavy on our hearts today.
To commemorate the one year anniversary and to continue fundraising efforts for the Stalker 22 monument in Québec, I created a sticker that can be placed in car windows or any spot you wish to show your support. There are two sizes available - a 4X4 which fits well in the rear window and a 3X3 which can be placed in the rear or on the side window.
The 4X4 is available for purchase for $6 and the 3X3 for $4. Please place orders with the quantity and size of sticker desired, along with your address at: email@example.com. Your order request will be followed up with e-transfer instructions.
Kathryn and I would like to take this opportunity to again thank all of you who generously support the creation of a monument in memory of the Stalker 22 crew. We really appreciate it!
Please share to get the word out!

For my birthday this year, I have decided to fundraise through Facebook for the Stalker 22 Monument project in Québec which honours our six fallen members who were lost 29 April 2020 when a CH-148 Cyclone, call sign STALKER 22, crashed into the Ionian Sea.
This project is very close to my heart - it allows me to remain close to my son and is a way for me to keep him alive, to remember him, and importantly for all of us to remember that these members sacrificed their lives in service to our country.
Thank you for supporting this project, and through that support - Max's family, the families and friends of all of the fallen, and the Canadian Armed Forces community as a whole.

Our poppy campaign is now over.
Thank you to everyone for your overwhelming generosity - your support helped make this campaign a huge success!
We also want to recognize the blacksmiths who participated in the creation of these magnificent poppies. Thank you for your beautiful work.
We look forward to seeing you in 2021 for a second round of the poppy campaign.

Have you ever heard of a Forge-a-thon?
On November 1, 2020, several blacksmiths from Québec will participate in a 24-hour long campaign to forge unique poppies.
These poppies are being kindly donated by the blacksmiths and will be available for purchase in our virtual shop. All proceeds raised will go towards the monument in honour of the missing of Stalker 22 in Québec.
Stéphane Chénard, blacksmith
This great idea was brought forward by my friend Stéphane Chénard, a local blacksmith. We would like to extend a huge thank you for the generous help provided by Stéphane and the artisans involved in this fundraiser.
The poppy truly represents our lost, whom we will never forget.
